We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to help make Are You Listening? a huge success! Without our volunteers, the festival simply wouldn’t be possible.

Volunteering is a fantastic way to experience the festival from a whole new perspective. You’ll get free entry to the event, enjoy live music while helping out, meet like-minded people, and gain valuable hands-on experience. It’s a chance to be part of the team that brings the festival to life.
There are plenty of ways to get involved, and you can choose what suits you best. You might be wristbanding festivalgoers, helping out at merchandise stalls, assisting with set-up and break-down, keeping the site tidy and welcoming, answering public queries, or just generally mucking in to help keep things running smoothly. Whatever your role, you’ll be an essential part of making the festival a success — all while soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the buzz of live music.
If you’re keen to help out even before the festival, we’d love your support in spreading the word. Delivering flyers and putting up posters in local cafes, pubs, workplaces, gyms, or anywhere people might spot them is a great way to contribute and build excitement for the event.
