Volunteer at Are You Listening? Festival
The festival simply couldn’t happen without the help of all our brilliant volunteers, so let us know if you’d like to join the team.
What We Need
We need outgoing, sociable volunteers to cover the doors at all our venues, check and sell wristbands, and help the festival-goers on the day. You will always be paired with other volunteers and you’ll have a team of Volunteer Co-ordinators helping you throughout the day.
Before the festival, we also need volunteers to help us promote the event by delivering flyers and displaying festival posters in workplaces, pubs, cafes, gyms and anywhere else people can see them.
What You Get
Volunteering for a minimum of a few hours will give you a festival wristband and other perks. You’ll also get to meet loads of like-minded people!

We will have volunteer meet-ups before the festival and volunteer inductions on the day so you know what you’ll be doing on the day.
