stupidchief are a high-energy Berkshire three-piece blending punked-up post-grunge alt rock with flashes of indie and a streak of metalcore.  

Having played together for years, they deliver a tight, dynamic live set of original tracks driven by complex drums, hazy, heavy bass, scratchy guitar, and an offbeat twist—an ’80s Yamaha toy keyboard.  

Their debut 3-track EP Square One (May 2022) was followed by Talunta (May 2023), both recorded and released completely DIY.
